Whether he’s inspecting extinguishers or educating clients on fire safety, Ivan’s commitment to excellence and customer service never goes unnoticed.
Outside of work, he’s a proud family man who stays active by coaching his kids’ sports teams, attending their games, and participating in sports himself. His passion for teamwork and community shines just as brightly off the clock as it does on the job.

If you’ve ever called our office and been greeted by a cheerful voice, you’ve likely “met” Esmeralda!
Esmeralda is our Business Manager and Office Coordinator, the person who keeps our operations running smoothly. She manages daily schedules and ensures every client receives the attention and service they deserve, working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything on track.
From coordinating inspections and organizing cleaning crews to managing back-to-back appointments, Esmeralda excels at scheduling. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure our team is organized, efficient, and ready to serve.
Outside of work, Esmeralda enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at sports events. Whether at a game under the Friday night lights or a casual weekend gathering with friends, she’s always creating cherished memories with loved ones.
Esmeralda appreciates the little things and believes that life is sweeter when surrounded by good people and good energy. Her positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for others are just a few reasons we’re so fortunate to have her on our team.

As the Administrative Assistant, Cinthia is the friendly face behind not only the desk but the phone calls, ensuring the office runs efficiently and the team stays supported. Cinthia helps keep everything on track behind the scenes with attention to detail and dedication to fulfill each customer’s needs.
With a talent for organization and communication, she supports both staff and clients to make sure things stay on track. Cinthia’s the friendly problem-solver who keeps schedules, tasks, and people perfectly aligned, which helps her behind-the-scenes support keep the office flowing like clockwork
Outside of work, Cinthia enjoys the comfort of baking & cooking new recipes while jamming to her favorite tunes, as well as catching up with her favorite shows. While she enjoys the comfort of her favorite hobbies, she also loves to prioritize making new memories with friends and family.
She approaches her work with care and a mindset of gratitude, appreciating the little things that make each day meaningful — from helping a teammate stay on track to seeing a project completed successfully. Her steady presence and thoughtful support are invaluable, and the team is grateful for everything she does.
